Don Gregorio Manchego DOP is made from Manchega sheep from the province of La Mancha, Spain. The rind pattern of the cheese is styled as if the cheese was wrapped in sheets of woven esparto grass. This Manchego cheese is aged three months which enhances the rich and luscious flavor. Manchego is excellent with crackers and jam, salads, macaroni & cheese, sandwiches, and many other gourmet dishes.
